We must ensure the highest delivery rates possible for all our customers, this is our motto and keeping this in mind, we have devised the following terms of use. If you use Postyman, you must read, understand, and agree to the following terms.

Prohibited Content and Industries

Don't use Postyman to send offensive emails, to promote anything illegal, or to harrass anyone.

1. In general, don't send anything you'd be ashamed of showing to others.
2. No Pornography
3. No campaigns selling illegal substances
4. No campaigns that violate the FTC's CAN-SPAM Law

Also, there are some industries that send certain types of content that result in higher than normal bounce rates and abuse complaints, which in turn hampers the deliverability of our entire system. No offense meant, but because we must ensure the highest delivery rates possible for all our customers, we do not allow businesses that offer these types of services, products, or content

6. Escort and dating services
7. Pharmaceutical products
8. Get-rich-quick or work-at-home schemes
9. Online trading, day trading tips or stock market related content
10. Gambling services or products
11. Multi-level marketing
12. Affiliate marketing
13. Credit repair, get-out-of-debt content
14. Mortgages

Generally speaking, if you're in an industry that is frequently associated with spam, you know who you are (it's probably why you're reading this far, right?). We make no judgments about your line of business, but we cannot afford to risk our deliverability. In fact, most ESPs like Postyman will not be able to assist you. You will most likely need to look into setting up your own mail servers.

Who Can Use Postyman

You need to meet these eligibility requirements, to use our service:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Postyman, and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
2. You must complete the registration process and agree to our terms of use in order to use Postyman. All contact information you submit must be true, complete, and up to date.
3. Postyman reserves the right to refuse service or to terminate accounts for any user, and to change eligibility requirements at any time, in its sole discretion

Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policies

Subscription Fees.

Client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Postyman (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s account subscription and billing page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. You agree to pay for all emails you send from your account, even if messages are blocked by any third party (we have no control over your recipients' email servers, ISP availability, personal spam filter settings, etc)

Cancellation Policy.

Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their plan subscription. Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their Postyman client area, and clicking "Cancel subscription" options under My service. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You must email support before or on the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help. If you do not log in to your account at least once in the last 12 months, your account (all data including campaigns, lists) may be deleted permanently from our system. This policy is more about keeping our database clean and efficient than making you buy email credits.

Refund.

We provide 30 days free trial to evaluate our service before you buy. Refund will not be provided after you subscribed the service. We do not provide refunds for unused email credits (even if we had to shut down your account for violating these terms). If a user violates any of the terms outlined here, we reserve the right to terminate accounts, or bar access, without refund. All monthly subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.

Service Usage Policy

1. We highly recommend you to send smaller and regular campaigns instead of one large campaign
2. The volume of email sent at a time should not exceed 100,000. Breakup your contact list to 100,000 each and send campaigns one at a time and give time interval between campaigns. This will improve delivery of your emails with large ISP such as Yahoo, Gmail
3. Maximum daily limit of 200,000 emails per account
4. Bounce rate should be less than 20% of your campaign size
5. The email content should not be of spam nature

These policies are in accordance with bulk emailing norms setup by major ISP such as Yahoo, Gmail.
Our compliance team monitors the service usage, and takes appropriate steps against policy violations.
